Minigp32 con SDL

Buenas a todos,

alguien me podria poner los pasos para poder hacer el ejecutable para la gp32?? He probado varias cosas con Minigp32 SDL y no me sale, si alguien me puede explicar paso a paso se lo agradeceria :)
