Pues yo juraría que había leído por algún foro que alguien sí había conseguido leer la nand flash de una 370, incluso volcar datos al pc. Pero que escribirla nada de nada.

En la 370 también se puede. Voy a buscar donde estaba. Ni me lo planteo hacerlo porque no esta nada depurao y hay riesgo de brickeo seguro.

El metodo es este:

So based on the instructions for doing a firmware recovery on the rzx-50 I have been able to do the same with an empty internal sd card in my ngx.

The summary of how to do it is the following, and this only works on 32bit winxp or 32bit win7.

- download and decompress ftp://ftp.ingenic.cn:/3sw/JZ4770/01L...0-20111025.rar
- open device manager in windows (makes it easier to see when the device is detected)
- with the ngx powered off, press and hold the start button and plug into your computer
- this will cause an unknown JZ4770 boot device to show up in device manager
- manually install the drivers that are from the rar
- unplug the ngx
- start USBbootTool.exe
- with the ngx powered off, press and hold the start button and plug into your computer

If you want to just do a full recovery, just pick your full internal sd image backup file for uboot.bin then click the checkbox to the left of uboot.bin. This should write it out to the internal sd card of the ngx, progress bar is at the bottom.

The USBbootTool.exe supports being able to write different files to different offsets within the internal sd card, these can be adjusted in tool_cfg/LinuxFileCfg.ini.

Y modificando tool_cfg/LinuxFileCfg.ini seguro que se puede hacer que escriba en la memoria interna en vez de en la sd interna. Ahora bien el tio dijo que lo veia peligroso para su aparato y hasta que no saliese la GCW-O no seguiría con ello, y ahí se ha quedao por ahora.

Esta es la teoria pero yo no conseguí que me funcionasen los drivers en W8.

Es que solo sirve para Windows XP o Windows 7 32 bit.

Acaba de llegarme mi NGX, es 370, ¿se puede usar el metodo ese de los drivers?

Yo si no controlas mucho no lo intentaría, la verdad, puedes terminar con un bonito brick. Que puede o no que luego se pueda arreglar.

a ver, esta claro que si copias algo en un lugar que no sea adecuado te la puedes cargar. Lo ideal sería una imagen completa del firmware juankeado para ahorrarse problemas

Tocar el firmware de cualquier aparato, siempre es un riesgo...

Supongo que lo suyo seria esperar que Tommo saque algo y en base a eso, realizar modificaciones.
