Yinlips sin batería y audio

My yinlips 2.2 crashed and now only works with the charger, but no audio is ... no application emits sound, but the volume button works normally ... Can anyone help me? Thank you.

he got caught with blue light and did not care anymore, the other day the light went out and only works on the charger, the battery can be damaged, but the audio stopped not know why ... I've tried installing the rom again but still the same way ...

If this is a result of a power failure ( blackout ) or a power surge or spike, it is possible that the hardware itself is damaged. If a reflash hasn't fixed it, bad sign, if it is covered by guarantee, send it back to where you bought it from, if this is a result of a bad flash, try another firmware.
