como hago funcionar el emulador outcast de atari st para caanoo.

SETUP
-----

For the Caanoo, you need to ensure your SD has:
/roms <- create this if you haven't already
/roms/atari-st <- create this as well; sorry, but its hardcoded for now.

In /roms/atari-st drop a copy of the Atari ST operating system, called TOS.
Name the file TOS.ROM -- it must be all uppercase, and called TOS.ROM; not TOS.IMG or
TOS101.ROM or anything else.. it MUST BE TOS.ROM

If you have multiple dumps of the ST OS, try to use the TOS 1.02 US (American) version,
as it is most supported by this emulator. Other TOS versions (1.0, 1.04, 2.x, and so on,
as well as internatrional versions like the UK etc, are less compatible or may fail
to boot.)

Place your .ST or .MSA disk images (or .zip's containined them) inside /roms/atari-st


KEYS
-----

Default control mode has analog stick operating both mouse and ST joystick, which usually
works but may confuse some games. In that case, change control modes to Joystick only
or Mouse only as appropriate.

Home -> quits emu
I -> Brings up emu menu, where you can swap disks, change control modes, and piles of things
II -> Toggle onscreen keyboard; when keyboard is up, stick moves around and X presses a key

In mouse modes, A and B will be left/right click

In joystick modes, X will be joystick fire.

Y is mapped to 'up' as well, so that it can (for some games) work as 'jump' etc conveniently.



COMPATIBILITY
-------------
This is not the most compatible emu ever; its pretty good, working with (say) 80% of ST games.
The reason is that its pretty hard to make a very good ST emulator and I have limited time, and
more to point .. making it a streamlined minimal version of the emulation allows it to run very
fast. Burdening the emulation with higher accuracy tends to slow things down enormously, and the
target for this emulator (GP32, PSP, PDAs and handhelds, up through gp2x and Wiz and now Caanoo)
is pretty low end .. OutCaST will run on 160Mhz pretty well, while others need 500+.

So, hit or miss; it works pretty well.

gracias, pero echo todo, reconocidas las roms y cuando ejecuto una cualquiera me sale la pantalla en negro, puedo acceder al menu pero el juego no funciona....me hara falta un tipo de tos determinado?

ahí comentan que la más recomendable es la TOS 1.02 US (American) version ya que con ella consigues que más juegos sean compatibles en el emulador y que funcionen... Yo probaría sólo con esa especificamente ..., ¿cuales juegos son los que te están dando problemas ? tienes las imagenes de los juegos en formato .ST o .MSA ?
