[Wiz] PocketSNES v. 7.0.1

New PocketSNES released by bitrider: fixed some bugs on trasparencies, and moreover, it was added a new executable with profiling enabled.

So, there* are 3 gpe:

- Normal version “pocketsnes_wiz.gpe” (more compatible & slower)

- Fast version “pocketsnes_wiz_fast.gpe” (less compatible & faster)

- Fast version with profiling “pocketsnes_wiz_fast_p.gpe” (worst compatibility & a little faster than fast version w/o profiling)
