Ini file and script (by Glezmen) to start builtin telnet daemon. Thanks to joyrider for the info about the builtin telnetd.
Note: The current script starts the menu after launching telnetd, so you can use the console after it as usual it has a sideeffect though, when you log in to telnet, an other instance of the menu is started. to avoid this, comment out (or remove) the last to lines in telnet_starter.gpe
