[Caanoo/Wiz] BennuGD v. 1.0.0 RC14(r157)

New BennuGD version with fix in __VERSION__ and COMPILER_VERSION, by the last change had ceased to be defined constant, and they are newly defined string.

Add screen rotation function and aspect ratio correction using scale_resolution, new variables are:

scale_resolution_orientation = 0 or 1, where 1 for rotation
scale_resolution_aspectratio = 0 or 1, 0 normal, 1 aspect ratio correction
