He seguido un par de tutos para intentar sincronizar el iphone con amarok y no se en que momento he metido la pata, pero llego al punto en el que intento montarlo manualmente con "iphone-moun" y me devuelte esto root@192.168.1.14's password:
Lo creais o no, no se que pass me pide, y *****, ninguna de las que pongo vale.
Seguro que es una tonteria, fayudarme!!!!!!
¿Has probado 1234?
Por cierto, sera iphone-mount, no iphone-moun, ¿no?

Es curioso, si pongo 1234 me da un error y pone permiso denegado, intentelo de nuevo, con ninguna otra pass pone nada
y si me falta una t :P
Eso te pasa por haber cambiao la pass del itelefono xD Y gracias también a tu memoria de elefante jajaja

Tranquilo que no es de eso, que me conecto perfectamente al telefono a traves del filezilla...

Ni alpine, ni dottie ni la que tengo, NADA, por eso pregunto, esa pass, me la esta pidiendo el telefono? he reinstalado el ssh del telefono, y he vuelto a probar con todas las pass, y ya os digo que al filezilla entro perfectamente

Ahora mismo empleaba las tecnicas de matanza aprendidas para acabar contigo, esperaba una respuesta chachi, estoy tenso!!!
esa pass, me la esta pidiendo el telefono?
te la esta pidiendo quien sea que tiene la ip 192.168.1.14, mira la ip de tu equipo, si no es tu equipo pues digo yo que sera el telefono.
prueba a hacer una ssh directamente a esa ip.
en la linea de comandos:
> ssh root@192.168.1.14
a ver si te da algun mensaje de bienvenida o algo.

Ya sé que es la ip de tu ladrillofono, se la asigné yo xD
he reinstalado el ssh del telefono, y he vuelto a probar con todas las pass, y ya os digo que al filezilla entro perfectamente
aunque reinstales ssh, los usuarios y sus passwords no se resetean ni eliminan.
no sera que el anterior dueño en algun momento modifico el pass de root?
con filezilla te conectas como root?

tambien puede ser que ssh tenga desactivado el acceso al usuario root por seguridad, pero para poder comprobar la conf primero tienes que poder conectarte.

**** y te conectas con sftp, eso es practicamente ssh tambien!
si tienes terminal en el telefono porque no intentas cambiar el password de root, a ver si hay suerte.

No se como va el tema con el iPhone, pero la verdad es que resulta extraño que puedas acceder por SFTP y no directamente por SSH, si al menos pudieras editar el archivo /etc/sshd_config del iPhone y ver el contenido quizás se podría ver si hay alguna linea de configuración, como un "PermitRootLogin=no" o algo similar que se pueda cambiar.
También podrías probar a intentar entrar con el cliente de Telnet/SSH PuTTY, ya sea el cliente nativo de Linux o el de Windows via wine, por curiosidad al menos.

El problema es o bien que no tienes la contraseña de root (pero sí que la tienes, es la misma que la de esta captura que pones: http://www.gp32spain.com/foros/showpost.php?p=1022011&postcount=14) o bien el root no puede entrar por SSH como te han dicho varias veces.
Abre /etc/ssh/sshd_config del móvil y confírmalo.

He quitado # de la linea #PermitRootLogin yes y sigue pidiendome pass, la pongo y naranjas de la china :(
No solo tienes que quitar la almohadilla #, también tienes que reiniciar sshd. Supongo que lo más fácil para hacerlo es simplemente reiniciar el móvil :)
