Configuración correo Nokia 5800

Hola charranes!!!!!! :fumeta:

A ver si alguien puede echarme una mano para ahorrarme unos euros a mi y a mi novia, el caso es que aprovechando que ambos tenemos una tarifa plana de datos hemos decidido mandarnos mails en vez de sms.

El problema es que la configuracion de su terminal (ella deja esas labores a su friki novio) la estoy haciendo un poco a ciegas y no veo mucho por la basta red.

He conseguido configurar su cuenta de hotmail y acceder al correo, enviar, recibir y demas, y direis, ¿y donde esta el problema?

El problema es que yo no se como funciona el telefono y quiero que funcione igual o parecido a como lo hace mi telefono, que cada 15 minutos comprueba el correo, y eso no tengo ni papa de como hacerlo con el 5800.

Puedes instalarte fring y usar el messenegr de microsoft, skype o lo que sea...

El problema es el consumo de batería, esa solución no me vale, fring esta instalado para usar skype :) pero para lo otro necesito algo como lo que hace el iPhone cada x mira el correo

How to make the phone check your e-mail automatically

You can set the phone to regularly check your mailbox and let you know when there’s new mail, just like a text message.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Go to the Messaging application.
2. Select “Options”.
3. Select “Settings”.
4. Select “E-mail”.
5. Select “Mailboxes”.
6. Select the mailbox you want the phone to check automatically (if necessary allow the phone to close the e-mail connection).
7. Select “Automatic Retrieval”.
8. Select “E-Mail Retrieval”.
9. Select “Enabled” if you want it to check through all internet connections including the phone network and Wi-Fi/WLAN. Choose “Only In Home Netw.” if you want it to only check e-mail while connected through Wi-Fi/WLAN.
10. Select “Yes”.
11. Set how often you want your e-mail to be checked (the maximum is every day, all day, every five minutes).
12. When you’re happy with the settings, press the red button to leave Messaging.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do NOT enable the “E-Mail Notifications” section. Make sure it is disabled. You will not receive e-mail automatically if you enable it.
