Text reader based on GP32 !Reader.

Supports the following file formats: TXT, HTML, RTF, PDB (Palm) and PDF.

What's new (from previous versions):

- Optimized scrolling and interface painting.
- Improved memory management on PDF loading.
- Correct handling for additional PDF subformats.
- Fixed special characters and HTML paragraphs.
- Added spanish language (besides of english).
