Milkytracker

This is a port of the latest Milkytracker version. It have touchscreen support.

Controls:
- 'Start' (home) Play song.
- 'Select' Stop playing.
- 'X' Play current pattern from beginning.
- 'A' Click.
- 'L/R' Move pattern.

Update: Fix touchscreen bug and new pattern key shorcut added.
