Small calculator for gp2x-f200 using the touchscreen

INSTALLATION and USE
--------------------

- erase all files from the previous release if applicable
- drop somewhere the following files:
fcalc.gpe
the directory fcalc that lies with it
- fire fcalc.gpe

** Release 0.2 **

- works for GP2X F200 f/w 4.1.0
- not tested with 4.1.1, but should work
- TouchScreen fixed
- MAY work with 4.0.0 (can't test anymore)
- correct general structure (pure C project, fixed names etc)
- sound keys -/+ added
- add 3 missing functions : modulo, fix & float
- strip the .gpe file
- remove debug stuff

There are no shortcuts. Drink lots of fluids, get lots of REST, stay warm, take aspirin or ibuprofen for pains and fever. Don't drink a lot of alcohol because alternative medicine (http://www.medicineanswers.net/alternativemedicine/) dries out your air passages and makes it harder to heal.
