Meloncoke (http://gp32blu.hp.infoseek.co.jp/gp2x/) has updated his paint app for the GP2x
cant tell you whats new but heres the info from the first release:
This is paint software that used the touch panel of GP2X-F200 (Only work on Gp2x F200).
Feature:
-Eight colors and eight kinds of pen types.
-Drawn picture can be saved by the 24bit color bitmap.
-File name is saved by the sequential number, and not overwrited.
