PocketSNES v6.4 - Snes emulator for the GP2X

Reesy/Headover heals have updated the excellent Snes emulator for the GP2X:

v6.4:
- Support of C4 chip (MegamanX 2 and 3).
- Correction bug with text on games using high res (Seiken Densetsu 3).
- Add optimisations on the DSP code from snes9xTYL of Yoyofr.
- On the F200 the volume be reduce to the middle.
