Hay buenas y malas noticias respecto a la ampliación de RAM.
Las buenas son que finalmente, he realizado la ampliación a <b>32MB de RAM</b> sin problemas. La instalación ha ido perfectamente y el chip funciona. Se ha colocado un cable desde el Address 12 del chip a la CPU de la consola para que redireccione correctamente toda la memoria.
Las malas son que tanto el programa que hizo <b>A600</b> como el <b>LittleJohn</b>, que muestra la RAM libre, me dicen que solo tengo 8mb.
He comprobado y vuelto a comprobar una y otra vez la instalación del chip y los datasheets de la CPU y de la RAM, por lo que tengo la total certeza de que la instalación está perfectamente.
Al parecer, <b>WAVE</b> estaba en lo cierto en <a href="/foros/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3143" target="_blank"><b>ESTE POST</b></a>, por lo que probablemente habrá que hacer programas específicos para poder utilizar por completo la nueva RAM.
A ver si los programadores que soléis visitar la web me podéis echar una manita :)

There are good news and bad news about the RAM upgrade.
The good news is that I have successfully been able to upgrade the GP32´s <b>RAM to 32MB</b>. Perfect installation and chip working ok. A wire has been set from the chip’s 12 Address to the CPU of the console, so that it can redirect correctly the whole memory.
The bad news is that the program made by <b>A600</b> and the <b>LittleJohn</b> Emulator, which shows the free RAM, shows that there is only 8MB free.
I have checked the installation and the CPU´s and RAM´s datasheets, so I'm sure that the installation is perfectly made.
Apparently, WAVE is right in <a href="/foros/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3143" target="_blank"><b>THIS POST</b></a>, so probably specific programs will be necessary if we want to use the new ram.
Those who are programmers could help a lot with their opinions. :)
I´ll keep reporting. :D
