Volcado de Memoria

Pues he estado buscadno por internet una solucion pero al no encontrarla, recurro a vosotros :rolleyes: , es que el ordenador se me quedaba bloqueado, busque y encontre una aplicacion que permite leer los dump de xp, y encontre un tuto que explicaba como meter una clave en el registro para con una combinacion de teclas aunque el pc estuviese bloqueado crea un dump y asi es. Pero me da que el causante es el driver i8042prt.sys que es controlador de el teclado y el raton. Pero ya esta de ahi no paso no se que hacer.
Espero que podais ayudarme ( como lo habeis hecho otras veces ).
