El canadiense fue uno de grandes músicos surgidos en los años 60
Conocido por su personal voz grave, es autor de canciones inmortales
Se manuvo activo durante toda su vida, en la que combinó música y poesía
Fue reconocido en 2011 con el Premio Príncipe de Asturias de las Letras
