Hello, could someone tell me how to recognize the jxds7300b win 8.1? When I connect the device to pc, appears "Android Device" but not appears the units of the memory device when I get the icon "My Computer" ... Thank you.:confused:

Just plug the USB to the computer and then look for the taskbar and enable USB MEDIA STORAGE or something like that.

It might have something to do with the way your android is configured. You can have your device setup as a USB storage media device (I think this mode is not available in some newer Android versions), PTP or MTP (an updated version of PTP).
