La famosa serie 'Cooking Mama', cuyo cuarto episodio llegó a Nintendo 3DS, parece seguir en marcha, aunque sea por medio del spin-off de la serie 'Gardening Mama'. Recientemente se ha anunciado 'Gardening Mama: Mama and the Forest Friends (http://blogocio.net/gardening-mama-mama-and-the-forest-friends/)' para Nintendo 3DS, un juego en el que Mama pasará de la cocina al jardín para enseñarnos a cultivar diferentes plantas.
Nuestro papel será el de conseguir completar peticiones de animales en el jardín cumpliendo diversos objetivos, como plantar cuatro tulipanes. Al completar estos objetivos, los animales nos recompensarán con boletos para la tienda, los cuales podremos intercambiar por adornos para nuestro jardín.
Por supuesto habrá muchos mini-juegos adaptados a la pantalla táctil, a la hora de realizar las diferentes acciones cultivando o cuidando nuestro querido jardín. Además de flores, Mama también tendrá una cosecha de alimentos, con diversos mini-juegos, como llevar una carreta llena de sandias al final del camino sin que esta vuelque.
